In Tina's Tumbling & Flipping classes, children will learn the basics of gymnastics, and additionally focus on learning a variety of tumbles, handsprings, and somersaults. These are the most exciting skills in gymnastics, and by practicing them children develop a strong and powerful body, thereby reducing the risk of injuries. Learning and completing such movements requires the use of both the left and right brain, which can improve body awareness and spatial awareness, helping children understand the potential of their bodies.

Rhythmic Gymnastics
Rhythmic gymnastics, one the most beautiful of the Olympic categories, is a synthesis of sport, art, and aesthetics. This form of gymnastics combines light equipment manipulation with expressive movements from gymnastics, ballet, dance, and acrobatics. Rhythmic gymnastics strikes a perfect balance between developing hand-eye-body coordination, physical flexibility, and strength. For many years, it has been used as part of physical education programs in European schools.
Rhythmic gymnastics is perfect for children who are drawn to dancing. From their first steps in class, students will learn how to move gracefully while manipulating rope, hoop, ball, stick, and ribbon. Gradually, more complex movements will be combined into fascinating floor gymnastics moves.
